Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer zuvorkommend.
Die Lage des Hauses mitten im Hang hat einige Nachteile. Bis zur Straße mit der Parkmöglichkeit sind über 30 Treppenstufen und eine sehr steile Zufahrt zu bewältigen. - Sehr anstrengend; mit Gepäck sehr sehr anstrengend. - Zur Promenade, also den Berg hinunter, war ein steiler, unbefestigter, sehr unebender, umbeleuchteter Weg und zum Schluss noch ca. 20 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen. - Sehr unangenehm, mit Gepäck eine Zumutung. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, bis alle in den oberen Etagen zu Bett gegangen sind, hört man ständig ein Stühlerücken oder andere Geräusche. Wenn bei schlechtem Wetter die Zugangstüre geschlossen werden muss, ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel. An die nahen Kirchenglocken kann man sich mit der Zeit gewöhnen. - Ah ja! - Der Kühlschrank unmittelbar neben dem Bett, ist dem Ruhebedürfnis eines Urlaubes auch nicht zuträglich. Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Umstände (Hüft-Operation im Februar 2023) hätte ich das Studio AS-2470-b nicht genommen, wenn mir die oben beschriebenen Bedingungen bekannt gewesen wären.

Apartment with a beautiful seaview. The location and the parking is perfect. The landlady is kind. The beds are terrible. The bell tower just in front of the balcony that operates every 15 mins from 5 A.M. makes it difficult to rest. No real beach close to the apartment.

bella posizione, arredamento minimo ma sufficente anche se c'era il comodino e la luce notte solo su un lato del letto. Un secondo comodino con luce sarebbe meglio metterlo. La padrona di casa era gentile e disponibile. Buona pulizia. Di notte entra parecchia luce esterna in camera

Vlasnica apartmana je izuzetno srdačna, istovremeno nenametljiva a opet na usluzi. Apartman ima prekrasan pogled, jako je blizu glavne šetnice. Čist. Uredan. Opremljen osnovnim potrepštinama. Proveli smo nezaboravnih 10 dana i opet bismo se vratili na isto mjesto.

Logement dominant le port avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. Si vous êtes à pied, mieux vaut les bagages légers car il y a de très nom nombreux escaliers pour arriver au logement.
La propriétaire est adorable et très serviable. Le logement est grand, très propre et fonctionnel avec un joli côté rustique.

I have fallen in love with Vis Town.
This studio apparment with Tonzika - apparment Tomic is wonderfuld. Tonzika is a lovely person and a very good host. All as described - very very clean and I had a fantastic sea view from the terrasse. I hope I can stay here another time.. XXX Pernille Copenhagen <3

Thank you for everything. I have to make one comment regarding shower cabine. I have never seen it cleaner in any place I have visited before. This refers to whole bathroom. Everything else was nice. :)

The apartment was much better than we expected. It was very tidy, cosy and the view from the terrace was great. The host was super friendly and tried always the best to communicate in English even though hadn’t the best English skills :) she frequently asked us in case we need something and tried her best to have some small talk. We loved the calmness of the area (Vis town was crowded during the evenings). We highly recommend this apartment to everyone! :inlove: :nice: <3 :)

Logement accolé à un autre avec joli petite terrasse mais pas de fenetrei dans la première pièce. Equipement tres leger meme pas de cafetière et de bouilloire...
Anormal. Chambre correcte et au frais.

Great location and a lovely room with a view! It was a short walk to swimming areas, restaurants and taverns. Even on a hot day the room was cool with just the windows open- we didn't need to turn pn the air conditioning. Would stay again- lovely!
