The absolute worst "vacation" of our lives.
Do NOT go there! Or - at least - read this, before you make your decision. The place was infested with bed bugs and we spent the whole holiday applying medicine on rashes all over our bodies. Which is sadly not the worst part: after getting all the necessary proof from the doctors, proving that this is what caused them (the owner Mr Šolić first strongly denied even the presence of bed bugs there), he decided to blame us (!) for bringing the infestation with us. He blatantly lied multiple times in regard to this to the agency, through which we reserved our stay (Adriatic HR) - saying we brought some "dirty clothes" and asked them to clean them there upon check-in (we came directly from home and never had any dirty laudry), after which he decided to (try to) extort more money from us for the holiday we had already paid for in advance, after we've had to switch to an alternate accommodation (his buddies) ... and then he daily (multiple times per day, actually) sneaked around this new accommodation, harassing us over this: claiming we owe him money, even though we had documents (receipts), which clearly showed we had already paid for everything. He did not stop even after multiple complaints to the agency and after being told, we have consulted with our lawyer about this - which we sadly also had to do. During this time we suffered immense amounts of ridicule and completely unprovoked insults, and eventually, his apparent wish to ruin our vacation came true: the constant intentional harassment made us cut our "vacation" short, and we left the accommodation 6 days prior to our plans. Then, he (and his buddies from the alternative accommodation) even lied (and send their own fake "proof") to the agency, stating that we had stayed until the end of the planned holiday, so the agency would not refund our money. To make this clear: we are talking about the nights we paid for in advance, but during which we actually did not stay there. After we had supplied the agency with definite proof that we had actually left Artatore 6 days before (bills from another apartment where we then went to stay etc.), and painstakinlgy supplying them with cca 20+ pieces of evidence of pretty much everything that was happening to us in that s***hole of a village - photos, prints, you name it! - we got an offer for an incomplete refund, which I eventually, about 2 months later and with a heavy heart - accepted. I am now left with cca 500 eur of losses, 0 days of anything even remotely resembling a summer break at the seaside, tens of hours of netogotiations with the agency .. and huge amounts of stress. P. S.: This is the first ever "bad" review I wrote - ever. It is also the first time we have ever had a real problem with owners of any accommodation, and we have travelled pretty much all over the world.

Apartament jest przestronny i pięknie urządzony. Gospodarz jest naprawdę miły i pomaga w wszystkim. Lokalizacja jest idealna.
