Wonderful holiday
The villa is located in a cozy place Ciovo - with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea at the same time. Trogir and Split are nearby. The villa is huge, three floors + a basement with a recreation area and a utility room (washing machine and dryer. On the territory there is a barbecue area and a clean swimming pool with lighting and jacuzzi jets. Along the perimeter of the villa there are climbing plants that completely hide you from the neighbors. In the yard you can place 3 cars and still have plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds (mattresses), air conditioners and each has its own bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have balconies with a view of the sea! Everything is clean, well-groomed and homely. We vacationed with two families (a total of 8 people) and everyone was comfortable, spacious and cozy. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with household appliances and utensils. Very clean sea 3 minutes from the villa. There are few people on the beach, maybe because it was the beginning of September. There is a grocery store nearby. But the most important thing is the owners of the villa! Very sociable, responsive, pleasant to talk to people! They met us, showed us everything, told us everything and if any questions arose they were always in touch with us! Traumhafte Villa! Schöner Urlaub!
Wir waren mit drei Familien dort im Juli 2020. Fünf Zimmer haben uns gereicht. Die Villa ist sowohl im Außenbereich als auch im Innenbereich sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir alle waren von der Villa sehr begeistert. Man spürt den Luxus. Der Besitzer hat an alles gedacht, damit sich die Urlauber hier wohl fühlen. Alle Geräte, die man im Alltag benötigt, waren vorhanden. Und das waren nicht irgendwelche Geräte, sondern von führenden Marken. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir mehrmals genutzt. Reinigungs- und Waschmitteln hatten wir dort auch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sogar für das erste Frühstück hatten wir eine Wurst-Käse-Platte und frisches Brot. Auf dem Tisch stand ein Teller mit Obst und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weiterer Vorteil in dieser Villa ist, dass jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer ausgestattet ist. Das hatten wir bis jetzt noch nie. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und in jedem Zimmer (auch im Esszimmer und im Partyraum) gibt es ein Fernseher. Abends waren die Kinder immer im Pool. Wir haben Darts und Billard gespielt. Ein Steingrill gibt es dort auch. Wir haben oft gegrillt. Man muss nicht lange überlegen, was man abends kocht, Grill geht immer. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ein Restaurant (nicht teuer) und ein einheimischer Laden befinden sich gleich in der Nähe, d.h. zwei-drei Häuser weiter. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, kann auch in Trogir bei Kaufland oder Lidl einkaufen. Bis zum Strand braucht man auch weniger als 5 Minuten. Wir sind gleich in Badesachen hingegangen. Wir waren auch auf der anderen Seite der Insel und sind zum Entschluss gekommen, dass wir den besten Strand auf dieser Insel hatten. Der Besitzer und seine Familie waren sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns div. Tipps gegeben. Da man die Fahrzeit nie genau berechnen kann, waren wir fast vier Stunden früher vor Ort. Der Besitzer hat auf unsere Nachricht gleich reagiert und war auch früher da. Vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alles 💯 perfekt
Das Haus ist perfekt und genau wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett wir hatten einen unserer besten Urlaube in Kroatien!!
