We had problem with air-condition system, but the owner solved the problem very quickly (within 12 hours on the weekend! ). We had problems with mosquitos, may an mosquito net would be a great investment for the future :). The apartment is placed in the nature, so we should expect the problem with flying insects, all other thing are great in the apartment, I think we will go back to there :). The host does everything for make the vacation better. The combination of beauty location and the really friendly price is unbeatable. Best price and value ratio in Korcula. Odličan smještaj sa udobnim krevetom, čistom kupaonom, kuhinjom punom kuhinjskih uređaja i pericom suđa, a i rublja. lijepa terasa sa pogledom na more.

Rien - Dans le descriptif et les photos, apparait une terrasse sympa avec cuisine d''été, dans la réalité c''est celle du proprio et nous avons droit à un petit bout de "terrasse" directement devant la porte de l''appartement, quasi inutilisable, avec en prime les fenêtre du proprio qui habite vraiment très près (aucune intimité( donc vraiment nul. La cuisine, se trouve dans un couloir, sans ventilation, et au bout, sans cloison, la chambre 2. La salle d''eau et wc, n''a pas de ventilation, sauf avec une fenêtre dans la pièce à vivre, imaginez l''odeur ! La pièce à vivre est en fait une véranda plein sud, sans volet ni clim, donc inutilisable à partir de 10h car à 45 degrés. Et l''ensemble de ce logement est sans volet, donc très chaud. Bref, sauf geste commercial digne de ce nom, nous ne sommes pas prets de passer par adragate, d''autant que l''on trouve bien moins cher et bien plus agreable, directement sur place chez les habitants. Là nous nous sentons clairement volés et adriagate n''a pas du Visiter ce logement avant de le mettre en location....
