Villa Lunis Čista Velika

We had a wonderful time staying at Cista Velika. The villa although small was very comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. Most of our time was spent outside which was very spacious. Our 2yr old spent their days / evening frog hunting and chasing the local cats, she had the best time! The villa is located in a small village about 20mins drive from Vodice, it has a small supermarket just up the road (5min walk) & a little play area for children opposite. It was so peaceful there as it is up a track away from other houses, you can hear the main road but you get used to it. The sky was mind blowing every night as it was so dark! When we landed at the airport, the owner had already text me checking what time we thought we would arrive at the villa. The daughter Nika met us there & she was lovely & really helpful & kept in touch during the stay letting us know when they were popping round to clean the pool & drop off clean linen. Vodice was a lovely little town with lots of restaurants & came to life in the evenings with a small but chilled beach area around the other side of the bay from all the main restaurants, about a 20min walk. We also went to Sibenik which was about 25min drive away which is a beautiful old town with a lot of character & lovely places to eat. It was tricky with a pram as there were lots of steps but you can navigate your way around avoiding them if you don''t mind getting lost in the maze of narrow cobbled streets! A 30min drive to Murter beach is also recommended, lovely shallow water, but get there early as it was busy & difficult to find any shade. A few nice places to eat there too.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen und die Gastgeber sind der Wahnsinn. ❤️
