Nice stay in Split
We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights during our stay in Split this Summer. It is located on 3rd floor (with elevator). The place is new (renovated) and very well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine is very useful during hot Summer for someone who arrived by plane. Maybe the laundry lines outside could only be repaired to be able to use its full length (the 2nd one wasn''t fully available as it got broken on one side) but we forgot to mention it before. It was not very significant issue that would damage our stay :-) AC is in each room. Frane was a very supportive and communicative host for us. (Thank you!) There is a small shop downstairs with the basic food, drinks and fruits. It s is good enough to buy something for a quick breakfast. There is only a few minutes walk to be on Riva or 15min to reach the public transport and discover some nice beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Thank you Adriagate for hosting us. Comfortable and clean apartment in a great location, close to the beach, old town, Riva promenade, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants. - Only one minus for the external condition of the building.

Well located, spacious, modern apartment
Beautiful, modern apartment in a convenient location. The owners allowed us to check in early and arrived on time to meet us for check in. Perfect stay
From booking over a year ago until we arrived I was excited to visit split. We arrived to be greeted with a friendly face who showed us all parts of the accommodation that if you didn''t know would of caused a problem, eg the switch for the hot water and not to switch it off. The accommodation was nice clean and very spacious. From.town itself is only a 15min walk down hill so an ideal spot to stay. Great location and very modern apartment
The apartment was very clean and modern. Host was very responsive and met us as planned. It was a 10 minute walk to the promenade and the sites.
