Výborná poloha apartmánu,blízko mora,reštaurácií aj pekárne-všade blízko.
Apartmán mal dve klimatizácie ,priestranný balkón,wifi,parkovanie pod oknami.Veľmi milá pani majiteľka . - Jediné mínus bola slabšie vybavená kuchynka Čo sa týka riadov.

avoid top floor apartment - rest is fine
The location is good - takes you to the beach, to the city center and a lot of great restaurants in couple of minutes - just be aware, it is a little bit uphill - for the ones that mind. The Owner is really nice, I had to contact them several times and every time they were helpful - extra towels, a place to put our 4 bicycles - we got the keys to the garage - all good. - Overall, the last months - apartment number five at the top floor has received some bad ratings which to some extend I have to share, but first - everyone who books accommodations should read the descriptions of the apartment. So, there is no freezer, no washing machine, no AC in every room but there are two in the living room which partly serves as the ones for the bed rooms - these things are described so should not be a big surprise. Also, I do need to stress that it seems ALL other guests who stay in different apartments within the same building were ALL happy - I think if there is something to improve - it is regarding the apartment on the top floor where in fact some things can be improved to increase the overall satisfaction of all future guests. Living Room: is nice and big but the couch should be really cleaned and potentially renewed - specially if there is someone sleeping on it. Kitchen: cutlery is there but there are no proper knives which fit the rest - there are knives but actually snack knives. Toaster would be great as well - guests would love this - the rest I found actually okish. On the dining table the tablecloth is broken - also easy to fix. Bed Rooms: blinds are broken which means the evening sun and morning sun will wake you up early morning - no big deal, just, broken blinds don''t make the best impression - small thing to fix in my view just to have a much better overall impression and experience. Evening sun actually heats up the bed rooms amazingly. Bath Room: shower and sink are ok in my view - the smell is indeed sometimes bad from the drain but I recall this being something I experienced all across Croatia - I had the pleasure to rent multiple apartments all across the country, some even for double the price - sounds familiar to me. A Room cent would make a difference here. Overall the noise isolation is indeed like the reviews have shown before not the best, you do hear the neighbours from below - but again, something I recall having experienced across the country. If the owner manages to renovate the top floor apartment a bit I would really also call it a recommendation. They are nice and helpful - the rest of the building seems to be all good - also from the reviews so it is just the top floor one which seem to have some drawbacks which can be easily solved. I think given the fact the I like the owners I would still recommend this one as I hope they will fix the drawbacks and see my comments as a motivation to improve.

S dovolenkou sme boli spokojný. Jedine co by som ubytovaniu vytkla je malá kúpeľňa, slabo vybavená kuchyňa a nepohodlné matrace na posteli.

Strand sehr nah gelegen und ruhige Gegend.
