Foto is beautiful but the reality is different
POSITIVES: The house looks very nice to the eye the rooms were clean The inventory in the house is good (enough dishes, pots, glasses) the price included paddleboards on the private beach, which was nice. - NEGATIVE: the house is not isolated as the owner states (there are other accommodations right next to the house and the owners live right next to you) every day strangers walk in your rent house, the owner''s dog ran around our house, it happened that at night on the terrace, their dog left us a "nice" gift. It happened to us that the arrogant woman owner came to us at 8:00 p.m. in the evening and started cursing us to be quiet, despite the fact that the house rules say that it should be quiet after 10 p.m. (no privacy) When we said that we had ordered a house in a secluded area, the owner said that the agency was lying and did not have true information on the website. Upon arrival, the water in the jacuzzi was dirty - the owners disappointed us that it is natural water from a 60-meter well in the ground and there is no chemistry. After they left, we found 8 chlorine tablets in the jacuzzi. Owner tryed to clean this really dirty water after visitors which were there before our arrival. (The owner needs basic training where they will explain him and her how to take care of the water properly (putting 8 chlorine tablets inside the skimmer in jacuzzy is very dangerous!!!) Villa is for 12 people and when you arrive you do not have dishwasher tablets or garbage bags. The air conditioning did not work in every room. In the morning, we didn''t have water. When owner repair problem we have there some wather. The warm salt water only went when the solar panels heated it late at night or you showered in cold salt water early in the morning. The bubbles in the pool work for 3 minutes and then you have to go outside the pool - to the garden house to turn on the button to start the bubbles again - incomprehensible to us The water in the pool is cold (if someone has worse weather, they probably won''t bathe) The beach is private, you definitely have to go there by car. The surroundings of the house are not maintained, the grass is not cut. In the end, we will summarize it like this: the vacation was good, we will not come to this house again. The photos on the Internet are beautifully photographed, but the reality is very different. We had much nicer vacations for less € and, first of all, fully functional accommodations. The last word : On the phone with the lady from the Agency, we have to say that the agency is very professional and the employee was very friendly, unfortunately we cannot say the same about the owners of the house.
