Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Er hat einen Teller mit örtlichen Käse und Schinken als Welcome vorbereitet und bei der Abfahrt gab es noch kroatische Lekereien. ( Das gab es noch nicht mal auf dem Zwischenstopp am Bledsee / Slowenien wo eine Übernachtung uns 380€ gekostet hat) Alles war sauber, Garage konte genutzt werden so wie der Grill. Wir kommen aufjedefall mal wieder !

Ein wunderschönes Haus zur Alleinnutzung, modern eingerichtet, innen und außen Bereich sehr saub...
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und waren immer sehr gut erreichbar. Sie haben uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir einen erholsamen Urlaub haben und wir es genießen sollen. Ein großes Dankeschön.

Positiv: •Wunderschönes Haus, dass einem komplett allein zur Verfügung steht •Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. •Großartige Aussicht vom Grundstück bis aufs Meer •Großer und schöner Jakuzzi •Klimaanlage mit Fernbedienung in beiden Wohnungen sowie voll funktionsfähige Küchen mit Spülmaschinen Negativ: •die viel befahrene Hauptstraße vor dem Haus (hört man jedoch nicht in den Wohnungen)

Sehr zu Empfehlen
Sehr nette Vermieterin, über WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar wenn etwas ist und ihr Vater schaut regelmäßig vorbei ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es ist alles was man braucht im Haus vorhanden. Top Unterkunft 👍

Stayed for Hideout Festival.
The home was extremely clean and very modern. Owner was very welcoming and provided us with snacks and drinks on arrival. They also gave us a lot of independence only stopping to check on the house once throughout the week. The hot tub was excellent as well to chill in and watch the sunset with a drink.

Sehr sauberes Haus! Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert! Das größte Lob geht an die Hausverantwortlichen, diese waren immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man ein Frage hatte oder etwas benötigt wurde! Sehr nette Menschen.

Tulajdonos nagyon segitokesz es kedves volt. Az osszes horvatorszagi nyaralasunk kozul (5), ez a szallas, tulajdonos es a tenger (Cista plaza) volt a legjobb...legszebb...legtisztabb es legferszereltebb.

Fantastic accommodation with the most lovely owners
We were so impressed when we arrived at the holiday home. We were late due to flight delays but the owners had waited for us and had made us a snack for when we arrived. They had also made us some lovely little welcome gift baskets with wine and homemade candles which was a really nice touch. The house is spacious clean and fully equity with everything you could possibly need including a washing machine. The hot tub is fabulous it plays music and has different coloured lights for when I''m use at night time. There are 3 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms I really can''t fault the property or the owners at all. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to return again soon

Bombastisch))) Super Lage. Super Haus. Super Vermieter. Wenn Sie Party machen möchten , haben Sie eine ganze Partystrand die man von Haus aber nicht hört. Wenn Sie Ruhe genießen möchten , können Sie das zu 200% . Das Haus war SEHR sauber und gepflegt. Ich möchte ein extra Danke an die Vermieter sagen, die 24 St rund um die Uhr bereit sind zu helfen , egal ob Sie ein Strand suchen oder ein Taxi brauchen und selber nicht weiter kommen.

Gruppo di 4 amici che ha soggiornato, nella casa, dal 14/08 al 22/08/15. Beh che dire, nonostante non sia un frequent flyer, ho avuto la fortuna di viaggiare in europa e fuori diverse volte e credetemi se non esagero nel dare 5 stelle a praticamente tutte le voci.
Proprietaria di casa che più cordiale, disponibile,gentile non poteva essere! Ha fatto per noi, e penso per tutti, molto di più di quanto un normale affittuario sarebbe tenuto a fare. Detto ciò, da lodare è anche il rapporto qualità prezzo: una villetta con 2 appartamenti indipendenti e perfettamente arredati + garage al cui interno erano presenti attrezzature come (es. 3 bici, materassini mare, canne da pesca e molto altro). Se siete preoccupati della posizione vi assicuro che a prescindere dai vostri interessi non sarà un problema, se siete motorizzati! Novalia dista 10 minuti di strada e zrce 5 minuti (per i più biricchini vi dico che non ho trovato posti di blocco anche se una volta abbiamo preso un autovelox non segnalato)! Se ambienti paesaggi tipici del luogo beh avete tutto intorno a voi, dalla caciottara che vi condurrà in casa sua a provare cibi prodotti da lei come (es. vino, miele, salumi, formaggi) ; ad alcuni dei migliori ristoranti dell''isola (raggiungibili anche a piedi)! Quindi lo consiglio a tutti coppie-gruppo di amici-esploratori-e amanti delle spiaggie , di ogni età - A cercare la pecca: gli scalini della scala esterna che portano al 2. Piano sono estremamente scivolosi in caso di pioggia
