House Ara Grohote

Amazing
Place was amazing , really enjoyed our stay. Close to the grocery shop and the see. I recommend this place . Island is not touristy , Small events organized by the town next door on weekends. Beautiful beaches and places to eat.

Not well mantained and not worth the money
We like Solta island and all the bays along with chrystal water and green hills with vineyards. The surises and sunsets were stunning and also the people were great. The location is great - shop is on the walking distance, as well as the pharmacy etc. The owner is friendly but not at all as other hosts on Dalmatia - no welcome treats were given at the house at the arrival. At the house we liked the pool. - House is old and bad maintained. For sure not worh the value of money of what we paid (1.440€ for one week). The outside equipment was rusty and/or broaken (sunbeds, chairs,..) There was no water pipe on the outside sink, which was also totaly rusty. Cleaning fish at the grill was not posiible, so what is the point of the sink than. The pool was not propelerly clean and there was no equipment rather than cleaning net to clean it daily (like pool "wacuumcleaner"). We called the owner to send someone to clean it 3x during our stay and he did come but it would have been much more easy to do it by ourself, since there was a lot of dirt and leafes from the backyard in it evey day. There were no moscito nets on the windows and really lot of moscitos and flys all day long, so this really was an issue. The aircondition filter was not cleaned for a long time if ever, therefore the smell in the house was really bad. The matresses were old and so soft, you could not sleep well on the bads at all. The shits were washed, but I''m not sure for the blanket, which was not in the cotton cover as usually. The walls were really dirty and should be repainted while ago. I could find mor things that were not ok, but I will stop at this poit, since we got information from the neighbour that the owner is selling the house and therefore he probably doesn''t have any urge to maintain it in the future. Photos on booking are really old, from the days when the house saw better days. And the house is rated 2* as seen from the photo, but on booking.com the rate is 3*.

Nasza pierwsza wycieczka do Chorwacji
Zakwaterowanie jest małe, ale urokliwe. Trzeba się trochę pouporządkować z bagażami, ponieważ nie ma tam szaf na ubrania. Ale poza tym, wszystko było bardzo dobrze. Dzieci mogły pływać w basenie kiedy tylko chcę. Basen był czysty i był czyszczony podczas naszego dwutygodniowego pobytu. Kilka metrów od zakwaterowania znajduje się mały targ, gdzie można kupić świeże pieczywo i inne produkty. Obok jest bezpośrednio centrum handlowe. Rano zawsze chodziliśmy z psami na spacer i mogliśmy tam kupić świeże bagietki, aby dobrze zacząć dzień.

Idealne zakwaterowanie dla rodziny z dziećmi.
Właściciel uprzejmy i dostępny, aby zaspokoić wszelkie potrzeby. Idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi, które nie oczekują zakwaterowania bezpośrednio nad morzem i cenią spokój i ciszę. Cieszyła się jazdą rowerem po całym wyspie i odkrywaniem ukrytych zatok. Za każdą pochwałę.

Bardzo uprzejmy właściciel, zakwaterowanie z wszystkimi niezbędnymi udogodzeniami i basen, który jest strzałem w dziesiątkę zarówno dla dzieci, jak i dorosłych.

Zestaw wystarcza na 2... na 4 będzie ciasno, ale możliwe. Kompleks z basenem jest super. Grohote jest trochę oddalone, ale spokojny, przyjemny wypoczynek

Słodkie, miłe i przytulne miejsce na wakacje i odpowiednie dla dzieci.
