Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral. Die Unterkunft war sauber, entsprechend der Fotos. Der Parkplatz, der gegenüber lag, verfügte zwar selten über freie Parkplätze, ermöglichte aber einen kurzen Stop , um das Gepäck auszuladen. - Eine weitere Steckdose am Bett für das Aufladen der Handies am Bett wäre sinnvoll. Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad fehlten. Ha d regalflächen…..

Perfect Stay in Split
A lovely apartment on the second floor of a traditional building; it was a good size, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had pretty much everything you''d need for your stay, including air conditioning which was very welcome. The location is excellent, it''s in a quiet area but it''s just a short walk to the old town or to the promenade. There are a couple of small supermarkets close by which was handy. Communication with our host was excellent and he was waiting for us with the key and gave us useful information about the area and places to eat. We did a walking tour with Guru and we had a day trip to Krka National Park with Get your Guide during our stay. A great place to stay and a lovely holiday. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues is that there''s a bit of an incline walking up to the apartment and there are 41 steps up to the second floor where the apartment is situated.

Stay in Apartment 81
We had a great stay at Apartments 81. The accommodation was well kitted out with everything needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - a 10 minute walk took you down to the promenade or into the old town. Communication with the owner was also good and we were able to get into the apartment early after an early flight! I would definitely recommend this accommodation - we had a great stay!

Fantastic accomodation in a superb location.
Fantastic modern, stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean apartment, with all mod cons. The bed was super comfortable after a busy day of walking and sightseeing. Location wise we couldn’t have chosen better - less than a 5 min walk to the Riva with bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and cafe bars on your doorstep. The hosts were fantastic and very knowledgeable - kudos to Lara she provided a list of restaurants, cafes, places of interest etc. Transport was arranged to collect and return us to the airport - bags were stored on our last day when we checked out - nothing was a bother or hassle. We travel a lot and this was home from home, would wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation, location and the team!

very comfortable apartment
The bed was super big and comfortable. It was very clean, it had everything you need for a short stay, although it was small, we were not in the apartment most of the day. But it had a kitchen, microwave, fridge, you could easily have breakfast there, or lunch/dinner too. The bathroom was spotless, there were extra towels. It is very close to the old town... you can walk everywhere from the apartment, I highly recommend this location, it is quiet, and it is close to everything. The best thing was having the parking in front. It was paid, but finding parking on the streets of Split is not easy, so having a public paid parking in front was great. The check in is also worth mentioning, they waited for us to give us the keys, and since we arrived before check in time, they allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment until they finished cleaning.

Very clean & accommodating apartment!
Our stay at Apartment Studio 81 was very pleasant. The room was very clean when we arrived. It was also well equipped. Good location - fairly close to the centre. Owner was also very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

High standard accommodation
The apartment was immaculately clean. Compact but very well presented and designed. Good sized bathroom. The management team were very helpful and friendly and easy to contact. The apartment was located a short walk from the harbour and main tourist spots which was preferable to us rather than being in the heart of a very busy and packed Split centre. If you have a car there is a car park immediately across which would be very convenient. - Not recommended for anyone with disability issues as the x4 adjoined apartments are located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

We are happy with our stay
The apartment was very nice, nice interior design, smart TV, had all kitchen supplies necessary and the location was great. Very close to the palace and to many restaurants. We could walk to most attractions! - We had some issues with smell coming from the bathroom. The owners were very helpful and offered another room, however the smell was present here too. They claimed it was so due construction work close by so they might not have been able to control this, however it was very unpleasant.
