The apartment is big, light, clean and perfecktly located. It is a short walk to good restaurants, the harbour, the old city and also stores. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a really big livingroom and kitchen and two bathroms and an additional wc-room. You will find everything you need. The host - Frane - is superfriendly and made the stay even better!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentrumsnah und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Alles war sehr nett und freundlich organisiert, inklusive des Transfers vom und zum Flughafen, was den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel gemacht hat. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und hat an heißen Tagen für ein angenehmes Raumklima gesorgt. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber – lediglich in der Küche hatten wir etwas mit Ameisen zu tun. Der Vermieter wurde darüber informiert und hat bereits Maßnahmen angekündigt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner funktionieren problemlos, und auch der Geschirrspüler hat gute Dienste geleistet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This is a fabulous apartment - large, spacious and very clean. The views of the sea are amazing. The location is perfect and everything is just steps away. We wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights So close to restaurants and supermarket too.

2. Communication with the owner and staff was very good. They contacted us a few days earlier and helped us with the check-in formalities. 3. The property itself is well-maintained and has all the needed amenities. We had a very nice stay. - 1. We visited in the middle of June, and as expected, it was hot and humid. We didn''t realize before that the bedrooms don''t have air conditioners, so it was difficult there. However, there are 2 air conditioners in the living area, and with some cross ventilation, it was manageable.

We had a wonderful stay in Split and felt this apartment was in the perfect position from which to explore. Air conditioning was very much needed (although it is not in the bedrooms). Central position, picture perfect views, comfy and quiet (windows were amazing at blocking out unwanted sounds from outdoor bars nearby!) Split is a welcoming and interesting place to visit, with lots to explore.
