The location right in the middle of Split cannot be beat, especially at the price. - Kitchen light strobes on and off. Told contact, but in 3 days no fix. Shower drain is slow. Shower head folder will not stay in position. Electrical socket and doorbell are not flush with the wall. Safety hazard. Only one key for two people. Requested a second key but no response. Raised frame for sliding door in bedroom creates a trip hazard. Dingy gray towels provided need to be replaced.

L''appartement ne possède pas de cafetière électrique, la télévision ne fonctionne pas ( pas de recherche de chaînes et difficile à faire en Croatie) ,le four extérieur était propre mais pas à l''intérieur, et il y avait des barres glacées à moitié mangées dans le congélateur. Les photos ne correspondent pas à l''intérieur. Vue sur un parking voitures et motos. Ainsi que sur une partie du supermarché. La personne est agréable et l ''appartement est bien situé. Au pied du supermarché à à deux pas des restos et du bus.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und ganz toll gelegen. lediglich die Kommunikation mit dem Host lässt zu wünschen übrig, er antwortete erst, als ich mich mit der Agentur in Verbindung gesetzt hatte. Spätere Fragen wurden gar nicht beantwortet.

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter le centre de Split. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. - Appartement très bruyant (une fenêtre de la grande chambre semble voilée et ne bloquait pas les bruits de la rue)

The room was in an excellent location right in the middle of the town. The owner did not speak english which was a little awkward but he made a great effort to settle us in as best as we could all manage! Decent beds and bathroom, lots of storage space (we needed it!!!) - The room was extrememly small, it is obviously used as an additional bedroom to the actual apartment next door depending on the size of your party. We were under the impression there would be self-catering facilities - there was a fridge but nothing else. Good for very basic accomodation when you dont plan to be inside much, not so good for relaxing and spending time indoors!

The apartment is perfect, great location, very clean and spacious. It''s in a busy area but as soon as you close the windows you have peace. Will definitely book again.
