Apartment Sweet Nest Split

The location is very good.
The location of the accommodation is very good. A minute walk to the old town. The supermarket is very nearby as well as restaurants and shops. - The accomodation was well located, nice courtyard. there is no seperate bedroom. you sleep on a sofa bed in the living, which is very hard and makes sleeping imposable. the sink in the bathroom is leaking, the shower head does not stick. The bath is leaking, there is mold. There is no coffee maker available. During the night de refrigerator makes a very lot of noise.

Not worth the price.
The only positive aspect of this place is its location. It is conveniently situated close to major attractions and public transportation. However, everything else about our stay was disappointing. - The bathroom had broken floor tiles, the facilities were old, and the water heater couldn''t handle two showers in a row. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and I found cockroaches in the bedding. The door was broken at the bottom, and there was no proper bed, only a sofa bed. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn''t work.

You get what you pay for I guess?
This was a relatively cheap place to stay in Croatia. We appreciated the photos were of the exact unit. The location was great. - The owner and manager communication was extremely poor. Most hosts message days ahead of time with check in instructions. This host did not. The phone number for the owner was buried in fine print of ONE email, and the main phone number listed on the ad was for his management company, who did not answer the phone. We were left sitting outside the home for 2.5 hours while it was raining waiting for someone to let us in when they could have just given us a code ahead of time to get in the unit. The bathroom was really bad. The floor tiles were cracking and every time you stepped into the shower or near the toilet, more cracking pieces came off on your feet. There were exposed wires in the bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom and the kitchen kettle. The bed is a pull out sofa, and was very uncomfortable. The sheets provided did not really fit the sofa. Overall, would not recommend this home until they fix the bathroom and their communication issues.

Buy a super king sheet and be honest about sofa bed
Location is so great and the kitchen is clean and well equipped. - - No clue it was a sofa bed as I booked last year and hadn’t checked recent reviews - Sheet is too small so you find yourself sleeping on the couch which cover sheet was dirty - pull out couch is the most uncomfortable we have slept on - owner warned us that the toilet water jumps out when it flushes!! - horrible red squishy mat in bathroom that collects the toilet water, leaky shower and toilet Would not recommend staying here. This accommodation has been given the same feedback for months with no change!?! Why ask for feedback at all I guess. If you want cheap in a good location it’s fine. But you won’t feel super clean or comfortable here.
