I would expect a certain level of welcome (not meaning party or drinks) in terms of introduction to the place and the surroundings and not to have to claim all the time for these usual small things. Obviously it is not an alternative for me to sit outside with 30degrees C to use Internet as it did not work inside the flat. Why isnt there a simple explanation sheet which explains how the TV works? Or if there are Supermarkets or Restaurants nearby. It must be said that the apartment is equipped with everything and more you would need for such a stay! Also the material inside and outside used are of superior quality! - I suggest to extend the the time light is on when you enter or leave along the outside stairs, Furtheron ther should be a support along the wall where people can hold themselves in order not to fall down in darkness and even during daytime. If one has problems with legs or knees before mentioned could mean an issue. I dont know the owner nor staff?
