House Ana Bogomolje

Fantastic
A Beautiful scenic, remote place with only a few other houses around, perfect for people looking for privacy while still being able to take advantage of a beach holiday. The house is compact but very neat and clean. The outside sitting area is perfectly covered from the heat and comfortable. A couple of things to note: due to using solar energy the hosts suggest charging electronic devices during the day instead of night time and plugging in any device that uses more than 220V is advised against. We didn’t mind this at all. There is a big cat family in the area, all super friendly so if you’re an animal lover please consider bringing some food for them 🙂 The closest big town, Hvar is definitely worth a visit for a nice day trip. We found the locals to be kind and helpful. Overall a lovely experience, we would definitely return.

A robinson house with good comfort in beautiful nature
We just loved to stay in this house. First of all the owner and her family are very nice people. They are often on their little terrace on the other side of the footpath and will help you with everything. It´s a very comfortable and very clean house. The kitchen equipment, the bathroom and all furniture is in a high quality. The beautiful terrace is shady all day, but not covered against rain. The nice pebble beach with crystal clear sea is just in front of the house, but go 50-100 meters along the beach if you want to swim without sea urchins. The small road wich leads to the house from Bogomolje is partly macadam, but it is accessible with all cars, even the smallest. Small grocery store is in Bogomolje about 3 km. from the house. For a big supermarket and gas station you must go to jelsa (about 50 minutes by car). The capital of Hvar, which is also called Hvar, is extremely beautiful, but also Starigrad, jelsa and Vrboska is worth a visit, and don´t forget the beautiful old shepherds village of Humac, the most authentic village on Hvar. There you also find the fascinating historical "grapceva cave" wich can be visited with a guide every monday, wednesday and saturday at 09.00 from mid june to mid september. On a clear day with good visibility I recommend that you go to the top af Hvar, Sv. Nikola. The view is unforgetable. You can sea all central dalmatian islands, the mountains of the mainland and even to Monte Gargano in Italy. To go there you take the car (macadam road) to "Hvarcienda" and walk the last 20 minutes. This house I can recommend to all lovers of peace and nature. The house is not accesible to handicaped, as you must walk down some stairs from the parking space to the house

Krásné místo pro klidnou dovolenou
Opravdu krásné místo pro klidnou dovolenou. Dům moc hezký, čistý se skvělým umístěním. Milí majitelé a navíc se domluvíte česky, spolumajitelka je fajn paní původem z Čech. Cesta do zátoky je v pohodě, normálním autem není problém.

Peaceful and warm
Very nice location. Hosts were quite helpfull and greeted us warmly. The beach is just under the house. The neighborhood is quiet. We will come back.

Super Lage, tolle Terrasse und einzigartiger Ausblick. Auch die Schlaf-Couch war für die Kinder super. Gerne wieder.
